The book gives a brief history of Salt Lake City as well as what is like today (1961). THe stickers are in their proper places. The book shows very little wear but it does have a musty smell.

Deaccessioned from a Harvard University library, originally the gift of herpetologist Thomas Barbour; cover has a penned arrow and "(Pp. 312-328; pls. 41-43)" written next to the printed "Echinoidea, by Hubert Lyman Clark"; binding is slightly sunned and has light wear and minor soil; outer edges have some soil; one margin has a red-pencilled correction, possibly by Barbour, H.L. Clark, or another naturalist; another margin has a red-pencilled annotation indicating that plates 41-43 accompany H.L.
