Sarah Stacey is an award-winning journalist and TV producer specialising in health, beauty, fragrance and environmental issues. She is currently Wellbeing Editor of the Mail on Sunday YOU Magazine. Formerly Executive Health & Beauty Editor of the Daily Express and Editor of the Sunday Express magazine. In 1994, she was elected the first Honorary Chair of the Guild of Health Writers UK and in 1996 was co-founder of the food labelling campaign, FLAG. Josephine Fairley is a Contributing Editor to the Mail on Sunday YOU Magazine, where she writes on beauty and organic living. She is Chairwoman of Cosmetic Executive Women, the cosmetic industry's networking organisation. Josephine was a founding partner of Green & Black's Organic Chocolate (see page 50).
