Abigail Brown and Melissa Webb (Canapes and Fondues) both started out in location catering and have worked together for a decade. Melissa now has her own West London catering company, and Abigail, who is based in Surrey, works as a food consultant. Tomas Garcia (Tapas) is a London-based writer and teacher. He regularly returns to Spain's Basque region, from where his wife's family hails. After a stint as Cosmopolitan magazine's art director, Michele Gomes (Sushi) heads up her own design studio, Ching-Chong-Cha, in South Africa.
