Biografía del autor:
Ursula Markham holds a diploma in Hypotherapy and has been a hypnotherapist and counsellor since 1979, having trained others in the same fields since 1985. She also runs business training seminars for companies in Stress Management and has lectured widely in the UK and overseas. This is the author's fourteenth book.
