Included in her more than 25 years experience in health care, JoLynn Pulliam has held positions in clinical practice and in hospital and nursing management; taught nursing in the Baccalaureate Nursing Program at Madonna University, Livonia, Michigan; published in the Journal of Nursing Administration; traveled nationally as a health care consultant; contributed to the publication of texts and workbooks for nursing assistants; functioned as a Nursing Education Specialist for registered nurses and nursing assistants at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Ann Arbor, Michigan; and worked as a home health care nurse. Currently, JoLynn is at St. Marl Mercy Hospital, a member of Trinity Health, in Livonia, Michigan. Her role includes hospital shift administration, nurse recruitment, Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO) survey preparation, and activities that support the education of registered nurses and nursing assistants.
